Danny DeWayne McCray was born March 3, 1988 in Houston, Texas. He attended Westfield High School in Houston, Texas where he was a part of the Class 5A state championship football team in 2004.
Danny played college football at Louisiana State University. During his career at LSU he played both linebacker and safety.
In 2010 Danny was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent.
